notify collection owner when a specific image has been flagged in fathomverse

As part of the FathomVerse, gameplayers have the option to flag images that are incorrect. The CMS operator has the ability to review these flagged images, however there isn't a way to connect these flagged images to the right person in FathomNet to make corrections. After the CMS operator verifies that the flag is real and needs fixing, how do they connect to the right person to make this change?

The Marine Science Working Group suggested sending an automated email to the collection owner in FathomNet with links to images that have been flagged. They can then review the linked images and make any changes that they see fit.

Maybe add a comment to the box. Then set up an email notification to the collection owner.
