Remember the last group opened - Vivaldi Browser

Describe the bug
I'm using the Vivaldi Browser and the "Remember the last group opened" selection is not working. As a comparision, in Firefox it works as expected.

Steps To Reproduce
Just make the selection "Remember the last group opened"

Expected behavior
To remember the last group opened.

Device info:

• operating system: Windows 11, Home
• Browser and version: Vivaldi, 6.8.3381.46 (Stable channel) (64-bit)
• GroupSpeedDial version: 25.5

I've released new version a day ago so I wonder if I broke it now :)

Honestly, I could not confirm that since I had not been using Vivaldi very much and recently reinstalled it. That said, I tried it disabling all other extensions and still is not working as expected. But I can tell you that under Microsoft Edge and Firefox it's working fine. So, it seems to be very specific to Vivaldi, I wonder if there is a Vivaldi specific setting that is causing the problem.
