Give a better documentation for noob user

Hi @carlssonn , you need to include moment.js chart.js timeline.js in the page using this chart. The bundled version chartjs not supported. Just use this plugin like normal chart, using the config in readme and it should work.

@fanthos - I think a plunkr, jsbin, codepen, or even a sample html file would help. My console is full of errors with this.
