Adding new catalogs does not change config map #2

Changes to catalogs are not reflected in config map. The only way to apply catalog changes is to delete and recreate clusters.

Is this working as intended or is it an issue? Also, is this in active development?

@fcosta-td refresh of catalog properties is not implemented by Presto. So, even if we update the configMap, the presto processes will not read it.

This is under active development.
