Customized rule

I have read the readme, but maybe due to lack of experience I can't understand how I could create a rule that:
allow any protocol, on port 5525 the incoming connection from a Specific ip 192.168.100.100.
something like that is what I need but I don't understand how to specify the ip the rule is directed to?
or maybe you can't with this library
