Please update the library to support null safety

Hi @netgfx could you please check the latest on the master branch? I think it's done, but it's something new for me, it's been a while since I do Flutter. Thank you!

Hey @nicks258 have you tried the master branch? If that works I can publish a new version, I'm not sure on how to test the null safety at the moment
