Don't filter custom series

Problem description

I was forever confused why I would always lose custom series. I would see them once created but as soon as I added a second one, the first one would disappear again.

I finally figured out that it was the topic filtering from the field above also getting applied to the custom series.

Intuitively, I think, the filtering should only be applied to the top list, which is likely the one with many entries and requiring filtering while the custom series are not many and don't need it. Or if they also needed it, it should be its own filter, right?
