I completed the OPT-175B form and included my nju.edu.cn email address as the primary means of contact. However, it has been over a week, and I have not received any communication or acknowledgment regarding the submitted form.

I understand that you may be dealing with a high volume of inquiries, but I kindly request your attention and assistance in this matter.
