Obtaining IDs for Bulk download from sequences

Greetings,

I would like to download pdb file for multiple sequences in one request to not get rate limited. However the only option i have found to do this, is by having MGnify IDs of the sequences (https://esmatlas.com/about#about_this_website). Is there eloquent way how to obtain those IDs in a first place here?
