• Creative workshop collection system App

Describe the problem you'd like to solve

• Improve business relationship and help small business stay connected to their customers. Easy access to data, increase productivity where business owners can find ways to do more then less in time.

• I would like to be able to see bookings from users and have it update the in-app calendar/database accordingly and see their details for example if a customer needs to collect their work after a workshop, I would like for them to fill in their details with the option to upload a picture of their work and pay(Payment is a stretch goal and can be an in-app stripe API or a link to payment platform the business owner use for example Square or SumUp).

• Once the form is submitted, it should update on the business owners calendar and the users should then receive an email saying thank you with a link to CRMs like HubSpot for booking their collection (or as a stretch goal it should be in-app).

• The details of users can be sorted and searched by their details and date. Future considerations can be to have a system where everything is connected for example an in-app CRM where users can book collection in app rather then through 3rd party.

• User accounts can be a stretch goal as well.

What is currently being done to solve this problem?

• Small business owners are using platforms like excel and notion to manually fill in their customers details when they need to come back for collecting their work. An example is Pottery studios where if customers want to keep their work, they will have to glaze and fire their work in order to preserve it which takes a minimum of 4weeks before they can collect it.

What technology might be interesting to explore?

• Database, React, HubSpot (Meeting Calendar/CRM), Stripe(API)

What product might tie together your learnings from the course?
