Proportional font size and line-height wrong

When I make 2 Text items with some content its perfect in full size of website. Problem is that responsive is not working proportionally well. That 2 lines are mixing one over one and text is unreadable.
Line-geight is changint too and one of my 2-lines text object is wrong too because lines overlap.
Next problem si that when I put to some place or left side on smaller device looks very different position.

Would be nice to manage myself with my media queries.
