I use the theme GeneratePress (with it's premium add-on).
It has a feature called Page Headers that allows you to define page headers and apply them to pages and posts.
When Crelly is activated the check-box controls are unable to be clicked.
As soon as I deactivate Crelly they work fine.
I have advised the theme author, I will get back if he finds anything.
BTW: There are no JS errors in the console

I mentioned this to Tom Usborne who is the developer of the Generate Press theme and here is his thoughts:
"My guess would be they're using an old version of the RGBA color picker. It has a conflict with WP 4.9 (? I think), which caused something like that."

Hi Dave,
I am using the default WordPress color picker. I will contact Tom to ask for a more detailed explanation.

That was just my initial guess. If you're using the default color picker, that wouldn't be the issue.
