No executable files after CMake? #7

I ran the program on Windows 7 OS. And I also installed Visual Studio 2017 on my laptop. After CMake I just got a lot of vcxproj files rather than executable files. So, I cannot run build/XXX codes. Can you give me some pieces of advice?
