Working on building this up now and buying through the BOM. While looking at the BOM, there's requirements for:
T Nut 6mm slot m6 * 400
T Nut 6mm slot m4 * 100
T Nut 5mm slot m5 * 100
T Nut 8mm slot m4 * 100
The thing is, I'm having a hard time figuring out which areas technically use which hardware. Looking at the CAD model, no hardware is present, and the build manual makes no mention to hardware for each section that I can see.
Obviously, the 8mm slot is used for the X-axis, where there's a 4040 extrusion that has an 8mm slot. All of the frame rails and cross supporting members for the base plate and build plate all have 6mm slots. I'm assuming the m6 /6mm slot gets used to graft the frame and build plate together, and the 6mm slot / m4 is for attaching motors / accessories. Is this correct?
Also, I can't figure out where the 5mm slot / m5 hardware gets used at all. Looking around the CAD model, it looks like 6mm slot works everywhere.
Can someone please help point me in the right direction here?
