Feature Request: Add support for ILX Workspace Creation, Deletion, Modification and File Upload

Description

The current F5 BIG-IP Go SDK lacks support for managing iRules LX (ILX) workspaces. This feature request proposes adding functionality to create, delete, modify, and upload files to ILX workspaces using the SDK.

Proposed Functionality

  1. Create ILX Workspace
  2. Delete ILX Workspace
  3. Modify ILX Workspace
  4. File Upload to ILX Workspace
  5. Retrieve ILX Workspace
