Could we do revert work for XCS10-3VQ100I device #2473

Now I have an old device "XCS10-3VQ100I", and its corresponding bitstream (bin file).

Could this tool be used to transform bin to netlist (not RTL)?
If not, how to change current tool and achieve above requirement.
