工作內容 | Responsibilities

• 負責公司產品的網頁前端開發與維護，確保最佳使用者體驗
• 開發可重複使用的UI元件及前端函式庫
• 優化網站效能，確保跨瀏覽器和跨裝置的相容性
• 參與技術架構討論，提供前端技術解決方案
• 協助制定並遵循前端開發規範和最佳實踐
• 持續關注新技術發展，評估並導入適合的新技術
• Responsible for frontend development and maintenance of company products, ensuring optimal user experience
• Develop reusable UI components and frontend libraries
• Optimize website performance and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
• Participate in technical architecture discussions and provide frontend solutions
• Help establish and follow frontend development standards and best practices
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, evaluate and implement appropriate new technologies

必要條件 | Required Qualifications

• 具備3年以上前端開發經驗
• 熟悉至少一種React、Vue或Angular現代前端框架
• 熟悉至少一種前端視覺化套件（如D3.js, Three.js, Highcharts等）
• 具備基本的Shell Script(Bash)或Python程式能力
• 具備RWD網頁開發經驗
• 具備Docker容器化技術經驗
• 了解RESTful API設計原則
• 具備單元測試經驗(Jest, React Testing Library等)
• 良好的溝通協作能力和團隊精神
• 具備問題解決能力和獨立作業能力
• Minimum 3 years of frontend development experience
• Proficient in at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular)
• Experience with at least one frontend visualization library (e.g., D3.js, Three.js, Highcharts)
• Basic programming skills in Shell Script (Bash) or Python
• Experience in Responsive Web Design (RWD) development
• Experience with Docker containerization
• Understanding of RESTful API design principles
• Experience with unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently

面試流程 | Interview Process

第一階段：技術評估

• 我們會提供一個小型專案題目

• 重點評估項目：

    完成時間：建議在收到題目後一週內繳交
    評估時間：HR與技術主管將在3個工作天內完成評估

Stage 1: Technical Assessment (Take-Home Project)

• You will receive a small project assignment
• Submit your completed project on GitHub
• Key evaluation criteria:
  • Code quality and architecture
  • Problem-solving approach
  • Git commit quality
  • README documentation completeness

Recommended completion time: Within one week of receiving the assignment
Review period: HR and Technical Lead will complete evaluation within 3 business days

第二階段： 團隊面試
