* feat: 세부정보 save 및 update 추가, 기본 정보 수정 및 삭제하는 메서드 service에 추가

- 아직 테스트 하지 못한 상태
- 제대로 동작하는지 확인 후 스케줄러 추가할 예정

* feat: 스케줄러 추가 및 api 오류 수정

- 스케줄러 순서 설정
- 제거된 기본정보 삭제
- 새로 추가된 기본정보 저장
- 기본 정보만 갱신
- 세부 정보 갱신
