      <p>A basic test for the prefetch element</p>
      <p>
        An image element animates the xlink:href attribute to 10 different values over 1 second. These images are
        also used in prefetch elements indicating that they could be pre-loaded by the SVG User Agent.
        
        If the prefetch hint is supported, all images should be loaded before any drawing takes place. If this is the case,
        the numbers from 1 to 9 will animate smoothly over 1 second.
        
        If prefetch is not supported, there may be gaps and missing images depending on when the User Agent loads the resources.
        
        Note that this test is a pass regardless of whether prefetch is implemented, since prefetch is simply a hint to the User Agent.
