I dont think there is a single calendar to reference for confilcts. In the past when we have done this we have used a doodle, so maybe we could start another one of those?

The goal of this issue is to discuss such a proposal and revise it if necessary to move to a possibly earlier time. I suggest a time of 17:00:00 (ISO). For example, if #259 is considered, https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/?iso=2024-08-28T17:00:00.
I think it will be helpful for people around the Indian Subcontinent and will possibly gain more attendance at the meetings.
