Changes must be approved by admin when a challenge is changed by author user. If user is regular, then make it is mandatory.
When a challenge is changed while a user is still challenging, then she/he must be warned when an action is emerged (press run button or something like that).
Challenge version can be added to solution. Display a warning about this (User can display previous versions later on).
