This happens when visiting https://expect-exception.fail/ with Firefox 77.0.1 on Ubuntu 18.04.4:

It can be reproduced when opening the SVG in Inkscape 0.92.3:

I am not able to reproduce with the same Firefox version on Windows or Mac.
I am not able to reproduce with a different browser on Ubuntu.

It looks like you are using EuphemiaUCAS, Euphemia UCAS as font which is not available on my system.
A solution could be to convert the text into a path object.
I'm not sure about the accessibility aspect of that.
