Many PODs state:

This program is free software; you can redistribute it and/or
modify it under the same terms as Perl itself.

See F<http://www.perl.com/perl/misc/Artistic.html>

But the URL points only to Artistic license, while the "Perl itself" license URL is http://dev.perl.org/licenses/.

I recommend to replace the URLs.
