I'm part of a small group of developers creating web applications for internal use at our larger organization. We have subscribed to Exceptionless for many years, and have been very happy with it.
We are subscribed to the "Small" plan, and the limits on that plan are all fine for us with one exception - the limit on the number of projects. The 10-user limit is fine (there are only 5 of us), the 30-day retention is fine (we generally resolve issues well within that time), and the 15000 events per month limit is fine (we typically only have a few hundred per month with an occasional month with up to 1000 events). The limit that we would like to see raised is the 5-project limit - we have more than that number of projects, and we currently handle this by setting unique tags for each project (with a few of our projects grouped within each Exceptionless project) and then filtering by tag.
Would you please consider increasing the project limit for the "Small" plan to match the user limit - that is "10 projects / 10 users"? It seems like the retention period and the number of events per month are the main factors that would affect resource usage at the Exceptionless site. Increasing the allowed number of projects seems like it would not increase the load on the site at all, but it would make it easier for us to find events and to have notification emails sent to the appropriate developers.
Thanks for considering this.
