Add a high-level wrapper for async tasks (using coroutines) to improve debugging and usability #152

Coroutines are elegant, yet annoying, when it comes to abstracting asynchronous tasks. They may fail silently or "get stuck".

It might be useful to wrap them into a high-level namespace and also tag them with a name, so that they can be tracked easily.

I've experimented with this kind of thing before, although the result is of questionable usefulness: https://github.com/evo-lua/evo-legacy/tree/tbd-coroutine-debugging-helpers
