Occasional failure to post title.

Sometimes earlbot fails to post the title for a valid working URL. This was observed by me with multiple Youtube URLs and with a MSNBC URL. Later if the same URL is repeated, earlbot may post the title to it. This might be due to a problem reading the URL. It would help if earlbot attempted to read the URL not just once, but multiple times up to say a few times, if the previous attempts fail. An exponentially increasing delay can be introduced between read attempts. It would of course have to do all this in a non-blocking mode. Thanks.
