db shared between local Nebulous installation and test environment #6

[summary]
Local Nebulous installation and test environment use the same database.
Every modification in each environment is reflected in the other one.

[environment]
Nebulous core manually installed following the wiki.
Cluster installation: minikube start --memory=5g --driver=docker

and

development.ui.nebulous.eu.existanze.gr

[steps to reproduce]
Fill the "Add user" form in /users in the local environment, check the development env. The same user is added in both.
It happens the same with clouds and applications.

[expected results]
Both environments must be isolated
