1. read about alt-da
   1. According to alt-da's design, data is supposed to be submitted to da by batcher, but we also need to submit blob to da by sequencer. So a solution is to fetch back the blob from da and fill into L2 block, and then submit the batch with blobs to da again using plasma's workflow .
