• Prepare WSC L2 testnet/website/roadmap launch

Updates:

• Reviewed Alt-DA spec by Qiang

• Shared our WSC roadmap with community members
• Discussed with Alan about preparing the technical docs

1. created refactor PRs:
   1. replace "enable_l2_blob" with "l2BlobTime" optimism#60
   2. remove UseInboxContract and optimize getTxSucceed optimism#59
   3. Move DACConfig away from rollup.Config optimism#61
   4. remove enablel2blob from cli op-geth#5
2. now merging upstream op-geth, will create a PR after local review

1. merge upstream monorepo after refactor PRs are merged.
