Adding subdirectory always links subdirs ALL target to current ALL target #46

Issuing the command

ag-subdir DIRECTORY

causes that this directory's silverfile is interpreted, and the all target from this silverfile is added as a dependency of the current silverfile's all target by default. Users should be allowed to select somehow:

  1. Whether the subdir's all target shall be depend-linked to the current all target (e.g. -type private ???)
  2. Filename of the silverfile, if a nonstandard one is used (-f option?)
