There is a need to have postage stamps on startup for the pre-defined overlay addresses.

@nugaon isn't this already the case when the images are generated with stateful option?

Thanks for the notice!
Maybe could be a bit better if the generated postage stamp's ID would be attached to the docker image's metadata.
