In the context of last call's batching discussion, it would be great if @Amxx could present EIP-5806 as a safe alternative to EIP-3074.

@KolbyML do you want to come on the call to present it? @yoavw, I can add 5806 after the 3 big EIPs, but we may run out of time. Happy to try and slot it in, but if the call time is not great for you, it's probably safer to aim for the call after to be sure we can cover it.

It would be great to discuss this PR to execution-apis on the call so that we can get significantly better data on execution layer client diversity. There appears to be widespread support but I'd like to bring a wider awareness.

@ethDreamer @chfast added both to the tail end of the agenda. Hopefully we get time to discuss, but worst case we can at least highlight both and get people to discuss/review async.

I realize the agenda is already very full, but if we have the chance, it'd be great to get a final ACK on EIP-7587 - Reserve Precompile Address Range for RIPs so we can move it to Last Call

i'd like to advocate again for EIP-5920 PAY opcode, as well as transient storage pricing reduction ethereum/EIPs#8158

@charles-cooper I think it's probably better to push discussion around smaller EIPs to the next ACDE, as we'll have a lot to cover with the "big" ones today.
