Defillama Yields API

Build datasets from the Defillama yields API.

Core reqs:

• TVL by pool
• TVL by token per pool
• Identify the underlying token addresses in the pool (and any other contract addresses we can get.

Nice to have:

• Native APY
• Incentivized APY
• Defillama's logic on sustainability of APY

We can use a combination of pool balances, native vs incentivized apy, sustainability measures, etc to eventually build some logic to identify:

1. When TVL moves, are incentives involved, or other increasing yields?
2. Build "higher signal" inflows metrics - maybe handling for incentives to build organic vs paid flows logic.
