Write an thread that introduces new members

Write an thread that introduces new members into the magicians forum, what the magician provides, the various activities that are carried out, where all the resources are, provides a guides on how to gain the most value out of the magicians etc.

@jpitts I think we should move the text of the New Member Guide directly into https://ethereum-magicians.org/t/welcome-please-readme-first.

And probably delete / lock it for comments, and have a link to an "introduce yourself" thread. Maybe even a "New Members" forum that you're automatically added to?

@jpitts is that something that new members definitely see?
