Click on purple 'pay now' button does nothing

Hello!

We are using your plugin in our craft commerce webshop. When using the live keys from stripe, there is a 'pay now' button. But nothing happens when a user clicks on it. I viewed the network tab in my browser after clicking the button:

Both requests have empty responses.

What should happen if a user clicks the button? And is there anyway to fix this? We thought about only showing the button on mobile. Any help is appreciated.
