Allow css styles to go over the component emulated shadow dom #13

Currently, styled will always apply the css rules to the component and there's no way to access outside containers.

It works if you declare the global rules in a template bind, for example:

export default styled(App)`
  .inside { }

  ${'.outside { }`)
`

I will investigate what should be the default behavior.
