Deploying in Kubernetes

Would there be interest in adding Kubernetes deployment configuration and documentation to the project?

We've been experimenting with esm.sh in Kubernetes and think that others might find our setup useful.

I suggest the following additions:

• Kubernetes section to the HOSTING.md
• A deploy or config folder in project root containing the Kubernetes yaml config.
