[New feature] Adding noise

This script works great but it will be amazing if support adding noise!

Here is an example what a noise can do:

In above Screenshot, The VS Code window has been blurred by This Script and Dolphin has been Blurred By a theme which add some noise to blur effect:) The latter seems more attractive to me.
