upgrade esdl-core python environment t python 3.6 #69

Expected behaviour:

esdl-core installs into teh cate environment
esdl-core runs with python 3.6

Actual behaviour:

5 unit test errors and 40 deprecation warnings when using python 3.6
Some issues with installing esdl-corfe into a cate environment
