[BUG] Impressão do CSOSN na Danfe #18

O CSOSN impresso na nfe deve incluir a origem, no caso deve ter 4 dígitos.

tem que verificar se o erro acontece com o CST tbm na empresa do regime normal, que é a origem + CST, total de 3 dígitos.
