As per the Bigly documentation:

Remote controlling via Android app (any android app that supports the Transmission RPC will do, but we recommend ).

oh, I thought bigly BT is the successor of vuze with the same author, and I try Vuze and failed, but it worked with transmission RPC.
How about tixati? It's defaults web UI address is
http://127.0.0.1:8888

As far as I can tell and find on the forums, tixati has no API to interact with it remotely. It might be possible to do it all by connecting into the web interface, but as this is no official protocol it might change at any time so that's an unattractive situation if it even works at all.
