<OxygenOS 10> <Mi 9 (Cepheus)> [Bootloop on animation]

Describing the bug
I got bootloop when installing the OxygenOS 10 A/B on Cepheus, I've leave the device 10min to get into the system, but no result.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install the latest stable MiUI 11.
2. Unlock the device (Mi Account unlock when first boot).
3. Go into TWRP and Format Data.
4. Install OxygenOS.img on System partition.
5. Boot into bootloader.
6. Use the following command: fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta vbmeta.img.
7. Reboot.
8. See the bootloop.

Expected behavior
Install everything with success, but when trying to get into the system, enters in a bootloop.
