Invalid test result for OMobilities/INDEX

It looks like there is an error in the test in "Request one known sending_hei_id, expect 200 OK". Twice - for GET and POST requests.

I think that "SUCCESS" (without an additional message) or perhaps "NOTICE" (with the message "The response has proper HTTP status and it passed the schema validation. However we received an empty response, no omobility ids) should be returned for an empty output were returned. Some tests will be skipped. To perform more tests provide parameters that will allow us to receive omobility-ids."), not "FAILURE" result.
