replace title of tutorial in config.yaml

The Epiverse-TRACE organization will have more than one repository for tutorials on different topics. Currently, we have three examples:

• Outbreak analytics with R - title in code, and in web
• Research compendium - title in code, and in web
• Version control with Git in Rstudio - title in code, and in web soon.

As the new navigation bar will include the organization name, as in the recent proposal, Should we replace the title to avoid redundancy?

Is "Outbreak analytics with R" an appropriate title for this set of tutorials?

The term follows the one used in these references:

I think something like that is probably adequate given that the tutorials are based on the outbreak analytic tasks of the pipeline, and use R packages. Will the tutorials about Git and GitHub (e.g., from IDDconf) be included? If so, the title would probably have to change to include this

Nop, those will be separate pieces of lessons, each on its own repository, because they cover different topics. Currently, the list of three repos in the first comment #62 (comment)

One plan is to make the learn tab look like a similar display to the lessons tab from software carpentries as shared in #69 to mix them all in one site and show a proposed curricula.
