Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The learner experience that we want to provide is adding layer by layer the commands from {cleanepi}

Describe the solution you'd like
Construct the wall of connected functions along the tutorial episode, instead of showcasing them independently, connect all their outputs

It does not look appropriate or good practice to run over the same output object.

An alternative is to write different object output names between each step to avoid redundancy.

  • ebola_standard_names
  • ebola_no_constants
  • ebola_no_duplicates
  • ebola_with_missings
  • ...
