[ui] Validate Epinio Extension when embedded in dashboard

• Validate Epinio UI functionality when the extension is embedded in the dashboard
• This will be ready when [UI Epic] Integration with Rancher Manager #192 is finished The MVP is nearly there, but enough is working that some testing is now appropriate
• We need to provide Instructions how to add the Epinio extension to the Rancher Dashboard docs#379
• We'll flesh this one out later but includes
• CRUD of all resources
• Authentication via local and dex users - [UI] Embedded - Fix Authentication #129
• Epinio 'About' page - [ui] Embedded - add link to about page #242
  • [ui] Links from Epinio Extension for downloading epinio CLI pointing to rancher instead #309

Additions:

• Charts based on Kube metric server resources - [ui] Embedded - Show charts based on Kube metric server resources #270 (Pls see clarification needed here)
• Bug check: Navigating from an app detail page a cluster in cluster explorer throws white page error #307 (Pls see clarification needed here)

Validated on following setup:
Epinio version: v1.11.0-rc1 (+dev) installed over Rancher by using epinio/helm-charts repo and main branch
Epinio UI version: epinio-ui:v1.11.0-0.0.1 (+latest)
UI Extension: epinio-1.11.0-2
Rancher: v2.8.0-rc3 (+latest remote)
Browser type & version: vivaldi 6.4.3160.42

Testing focused on:

• CRUD of all resources OK (ns, app, service, config and binding/unbinding of service and config to existing app, changing routes, settings and ENV vars in existing apps)
• Context three dot menu for app and all entries verified
• App shells and logs visibility in Rancher environment
• Export of deployed application
• Epinio App context links present in Rancher's three dot menu for E apps (not for services) on Workload page
• Login and Auth by using Local User and Dex and also Log out from E in the extension
• About page - there is still Rancher string in many places

New issues opened:

• DOC Instructions how to add the Epinio extension to the Rancher Dashboard docs#379
• [ui] Export of Chart and Images takes way longer in Rancher extension than in standalone UI #368
• [ui] Links from Epinio Extension for downloading epinio CLI pointing to rancher instead #309
• [ui] Overview pane disappears when a deployed app is scaled to 0 instances #369 (not only Extension related)
• [ui] Unable to confirm entered password for Local User by Enter in Extension #371

Edit: added 11/27/23

• [ui] Permanent "Loading" first time installing Epinio Extension #377
• [ui] Epinio top right icon replaced by Rancher one #378
• [UI] Cannot log in into Epinio from extension using enter key #379
• [UI] Broken page if login in after refreshing and pressing enter key #380

Existing issues:

• [ui] Ensure embedded UI works when Epinio is installed in namespaces other than epinio #322
• [ui] With Log in with Local User the auth info is not stored in Rancher #370 DUP/CLOSED - worked on elsewhere

Verified issues:
