QSRV specify struct ID w/o mapping

In constructing an NTEnum with a group (to have a longer choices list) it is necessary to specify a structure ID ("enum_t") for a node (value) which will not have a dbChannel mapped to it. Possibly syntax:

   "value":{+type:"structure", +id:"enum_t"}
