Long bond appears outside visible canvas area after opening a saved file in Flex mode

Description:
When opening a saved file in Macro mode (only Flex), the zoom is set to 200% as expected. However, the structure containing a long bond is positioned partially or entirely outside the visible canvas area, making it inaccessible without manual adjustment.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open files (KET and MOL) in Flex mode ketcher - 2025-02-04T115239.749.zip
2. Observe long bond

Actual behavior
The long bond extends outside the visible canvas area, requiring manual adjustment or zooming out to see it.

Expected behavior
The entire structure, including the long bond, should be visible within the canvas area.
