Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, there is no built-in way to visualize and manage Alertmanager alerts within the edp-cluster-add-ons repository. This makes it harder to track and handle alerts efficiently.

Describe the solution you'd like
I propose adding a Helm chart for Karma to the edp-cluster-add-ons repository. Karma is a dashboard for managing Alertmanager alerts, providing a centralized UI to filter, silence, and organize alerts easily.

Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternative would be to deploy Karma manually, but having it as part of edp-cluster-add-ons would ensure better integration with the existing ecosystem and streamline deployment across different environments.

Additional context
Adding Karma would enhance observability and alert management for users leveraging Alertmanager in the KubeRocketCI ecosystem.
