Incorrect icon is set for my published application when my icon and icon, previously published by another user into the same folder, has the same name

What happened?

Probably there could be easiest steps to reproduce.

1. Prepare two different svg files to use them as icons, but name them equally
2. By user1 create custom app with icon1 -> publish it without rules and any folders -> the app appears in DIAL Marketplace with icon1 (ok)
3. By user2 create custom app with icon2 -> publish it without rules and any folders
4. By user2 open the custom app card from DIAL Marketplace -> published version has icon1 (bug), user2's version has icon2

Expected: icon2 should be used for user2's published application
